DAILY USE.

1-2 Teaspoon full of loose herbs into 1 cup of water. Allow herbs to steep for minimum of 10minutes. The longer the herbs steep the more benefits you will get.

BIG BATCHES.

¼ cup into a large pot. Add 1 gallon of water. Allow to steep for 12hrs. REFRIGERATE & consume the SAME WEEK.
